Learn more about Emma Amrein
Emma has been an accredited clinical audiologist since 2010, working in clinics in the wider Sydney area. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science (Hearing and Speech) from Sydney University, and has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Audiology from Macquarie University.
A full member of Audiology Australia, With over 15 years of experience in the hearing field, Emma has developed a strong expertise in adult aural rehabilitation. Emma is qualified to provide government-funded hearing services to eligible Pensioners and Veterans, ensuring accessibility to quality care for those who need it. Emma is also accredited by SIRA to conduct Workers Compensation assessments for industrial deafness.
Emma is passionate about listening to people’s needs and prides herself on her empathetic approach, depth of knowledge, comprehensive assessments, and patient-focused care. At Exact Hearing Services, she specializes in adult diagnostics, tinnitus management, and the fitting of hearing and implantable devices.

Sharleen has been an accredited clinical audiologist since 2007, holding degrees in both a Bachelor of Speech and Hearing Sciences and Master’s in Clinical Audiology from Macquarie University – where she was also awarded the Cochlear prize for adult aural rehabilitation.
Sharleen is a full member of Audiology Australia, with a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and Medicare provider number. She also has full accreditation to provide Government subsidized services to Pensioners and Veterans; as well as SIRA for Workers Compensation.

Melissa has been an accredited clinical audiologist since 2019, previously working interstate and in travelling roles providing audiological support to patients in regional and rural towns. She holds a Bachelors of Medical Science from Sydney University
and a Masters of Clinical Audiology from Macquarie University.
Melissa is a full member of Audiology Australia, with a current Working with Children’s check, Medicare provider number and a qualified practitioner number with the Hearing Services Program.
She has over 5 years’ experience in a variety of areas of audiology including paediatric diagnostics, adult diagnostics, and adult hearing rehabilitation including support for patients with implantable hearing devices and hearing aids.
She is passionate about providing personalised and friendly support for patients throughout
their hearing journey to improve their quality of life.

Elyse has worked in hearing health since 2012, beginning her career in Adelaide conducting hearing screenings for pensioners. Returning to Sydney in 2017, Elyse continued her work in hearing healthcare with a national hearing provider before joining EXACT Hearing Services in 2019, just as the clinic opened its doors.
Supported by a dedicated team and a strong community of patients, Elyse completed her Diploma of Audiometry in 2023.
As a local to Penrith, Elyse is passionate about providing high-quality, accessible hearing care to her community. She has extensive experience with adult hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and ongoing client support. She prides herself on her empathetic approach, patient-focused care, and building long-term relationships with the people she supports.
